Sales & Community Executive | MultiFit Wellness (Pune)

We are looking for an energetic Sales & Community Executive to drive gym memberships and build an active, engaged fitness community at MultiFit Wellness.

What You’ll Do

- Hit Sales Targets: Sell new memberships, secure renewals, and convert members to Personal Training (PT).
- - Daily Calling & Walk-ins: Make daily calls to book gym tours and convert walk-ins into active members.
- - Get Referrals: Connect with current members to generate new referral sign-ups.
- - Run Events & Challenges: Plan and host at least 2 fitness events, challenges, or member drives every month.
- - Social Media & Reviews: Capture workout content for Instagram and collect positive member reviews on Google.
- - Local Outreach:



Organize visits to nearby residential societies and corporate offices for promotions.
- - CRM Updates: Keep lead details, walk-ins, and member records updated in the CRM every day.

- What We’re Looking For

- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or fitness front-desk (Motivated freshers welcome!).
- - Confident communication skills in person and over the phone.
- - Target-driven mindset with an interest in fitness and community building.
- - Willingness to work studio shifts, including weekends.
