Experience: RTR: 5-14 yrs

Education: B.COM/ M.COM/BBA/MBA (Accountancy graduation is mandatory)

Shift Preference: Openness to work in all shifts.

*Night shift flexibility is mandatory for Finance Hiring.

Roles & Responsibilities RTR Controllership

- 5 - 14 years of R2A / SCF experience. Hands on experience in SAP FI / CO module. Blackline knowledge will be added advantage
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to adhere to processes and procedures
- Strong knowledge of MS -Office Suite(includes Excel, Power point etc)
- Understanding of Integration of CO with other SAP ( cost center, Internal orders) modules is an added advantage
- Knowledge of R2R processes including reconciliations & variance analysis is must




- Able to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality
- Solid and effective communicator and ability to build and sustain productive relationships with internal and external clients
- Proven time management skills as the need to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines is essential
- Experience in people management including training & motivating the teams to create sustainable delivery model
- Flexible to work in nights shifts & ready to extend working hours to meet deadlines during month end
- Experience in transition/transformation projects is an added advantage
- Reconciliation of low/medium risk balance sheet accounts and review and approval of low risk reconciliations
- Preparation of operational reports from the area of expertise
- Initiation and monitoring of automated transactions, i.e. FX valuation or depreciation
- Preparation of data for financial, management and treasury reporting moving the data from source systems (ERP) to reporting and consolidation systems
