- Attend to patients, calls and WhatsApp enquiries
- Patient follow-ups and appointment scheduling
- Coordinate with patients and assist with day-to-day clinic operations

- Assist the doctor as required
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi; Marathi preferred
- Pleasant, confident and patient-friendly personality
- Valuable follow-up and organisational skills
- Basic computer/WhatsApp knowledge
