Process Consultant & RMS-Resume Marketing Services

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of resumes, job descriptions, and recruitment processes.

Basic knowledge of ATS, LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment platforms.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks.

Customer-focused approach and attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

-Understand candidates’ career profiles, skills, experience, and job requirements.

- Review and analyze resumes to identify gaps and improvement areas.
- Provide guidance on resume structure, content, keywords, and ATS optimization.
- Manage resume marketing activities and ensure candidate profiles are promoted to relevant recruiters/ employers.
- Coordinate with internal resume-writing and marketing teams for timely delivery.
- Maintain candidate records, application status, and follow-up activities in CRM.




- Identify suitable job opportunities based on candidate profiles and market requirements.
- Follow up with candidates and provide regular updates on resume marketing progress.
- Handle candidate queries professionally and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily/ weekly/monthly productivity and service-quality targets.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS)

- Number of resumes processed and marketed.
- Candidate follow-up and engagement rate.
- Resume quality and ATS optimization.
- Job applications/profile submissions completed.
- Candidate satisfaction and service quality.
- Daily and monthly productivity targets.
- Timely completion of assigned processes.

EXPERIENCE 0–3 years in recruitment, resume marketing, career consulting, customer service, or a related field. Freshers with valuable communication skills may also be considered Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
