Salary: ₹48,000 – ₹50,000 per month

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Principal (Centre Head) to lead our preschool centre and drive academic excellence, team performance, parent engagement, admissions, and centre growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day centre operations and academics.
- Drive admissions, revenue, and lead conversion.
- Build strong relationships with parents and the community.
- Lead, mentor, and retain the teaching and support team.
- Conduct events and initiatives for lead generation and centre growth.
- Ensure a positive, safe, and engaging environment for children.

Requirements




- Graduate/Postgraduate with 3–7 years of experience in preschool, education, retail, or centre operations.
- Strong communication, sales, operations, and people-management skills.
- Comfortable with data and technology.
- Strong ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Passion for working with children and education is essential.
