Role & responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning Support

- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Support segmentation, targeting, and positioning initiatives for industrial adhesives and paints.
- Conduct basic market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Campaign Planning & Execution

- Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns (offline and digital) including product launches, promotions, and awareness initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution, creatives, and content.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports and insights.

Sales & Channel Enablement

- Develop and maintain marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, datasheets, case studies, and application notes.
- Support sales teams with product communication, pitch decks, and training materials.
- Assist in organizing exhibitions, trade shows, dealer meets, and customer events.

Brand & Communication Support





- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing communication for industrial business.
- Support content creation for websites, social media, emailers, and internal communication.
- Assist in coordinating PR, industry publications, and trade media interactions.

Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with product, sales, and technical teams to gather inputs for marketing initiatives.
- Maintain marketing calendars, databases, and documentation.
- Track budgets, vendor coordination, and timelines for marketing activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and campaign execution.
- Interest in B2B / Industrial marketing (adhesives, paints).
- Working knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: MBA / PGDM (Marketing) or equivalent; Engineering + MBA preferred for industrial exposure.
