We are looking for a qualified and experienced Laboratory Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge in sample collection & testing, equipment operation, quality control assessment, data recording and to comply with strict bio hazard and infection control methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient sample collection (Phlebotomy).
- Labeling and sorting of biological samples for processing and preparation.
- Accurate data entry of patient information, test requests and diagnostic results into computer database.
- Record keeping according to NABH guidelines.
- Key knowledge in equipment handling with hands on experience in quality control, calibration assessment and troubleshooting.
- To monitor testing standards to prevent errors.
- Provide courteous and professional service to patients.
- Coordinate with doctors and other senior staffs when required.
Requirements
- Bsc MLT / DMLT (DME Recognized) qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Valid degree certificate
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work responsibly in a hospital/clinical environment.
Work Location: In person Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
