Job Overview

Matrid Technologies is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Manager to help us generate new business opportunities from USA/UK markets and acquire IT projects through direct marketing and client outreach through direct calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, social media etc. (Upwork is not permitted).

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, approaching businesses directly, understanding their technology requirements, and converting leads into new IT projects.

Note: This role is focused on direct marketing and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and target potential clients looking for IT services and solutions.
- Generate new leads through direct calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, social media, and other online/offline channels.
- Approach businesses and decision-makers to introduce the company's IT services.
- Understand client requirements and identify opportunities for website, e-commerce, web application, mobile app, and software development projects.
- Build and maintain a strong database of potential clients and prospects.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and discussions between clients and the technical/project team.
- Prepare and share company profiles, service details, proposals, and project information with potential clients.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat business.
- Research target industries, companies,



and markets to identify new project opportunities.
- Track leads, follow-ups, meetings, conversions, and sales activities using Excel/Google Sheets or CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and project acquisition targets.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of IT services and software development.
- Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, or B2B sales will be preferred.
- Ability to identify genuine business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining lead and client data.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with direct client communication.
- Valuable follow-up and negotiation skills.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in IT sales, B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or direct marketing for software/IT companies will be preferred.

Key Focus of the Role

Lead Generation → Direct Client Outreach → Client Meeting → Requirement Understanding → Project Conversion

Bidding Platform Marketing is NOT part of this role.
