- Compliance
- Establish and drive freight governance frameworks across regions.
- Ensure adherence to defined transportation policies, rate cards, and contractual terms.
- Monitor and control freight spend with structured governance mechanisms.
- Drive transparency, accountability, and standardization in logistics operations.
SOP Development &
- Process Standardization
- Create, implement and optimse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for logistics processes.
- Ensure SOP adherence across countries and stakeholders.
- Standardize logistics practices to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
- Lead regular process audits and identify areas for improvement.
Multi-Country Logistics Operations
- Analyze and support logistics operations across multiple countries/regions.
- Collaborate with regional teams to streamline transportation networks and processes.
- Ensure optimization of cross-border logistics with respect to cost, timelines,
and service levels.
Efficiency &
- Continuous Improvement
- Drive process improvement initiatives focused on route optimization, load utilization, and turnaround times.
- Identify automation opportunities to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve supply chain performance.
Data Analytics &
- Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Deliver actionable insights through deep-dive analysis of logistics and transportation data.
- Improve data accuracy, availability, and reporting automation.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Regional Teams to drive logistics performance.
- Influence decision-making through data-backed recommendations and transparent communication.
- Support leadership with insights on cost trends and efficiency opportunities.
