We have an urgent opening for Installation Manager (PSD) , Chennai location.

Min. experience require:7-10 years with around 3-4 years in PSD system.

salary- Upto 8 LPA

Installation Manager (PSD)

- Plan, manage and supervise PSD installation activities at site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project schedule.
- Manage installation subcontractors, including manpower deployment, work allocation, productivity and day-to-day site coordination.
- Coordinate PSD interfaces with Civil, Track Signalling, Rolling stock, E&M; and other relevant systems to ensure smooth installation and integration.
- Monitor daily installation progress, workmanship, quality and site readiness, and take necessary corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR), highlighting progress, constraints, manpower and key site issues.
- Proactively identify and escalate critical site and interface issues that may impact installation activities,



and coordinate with concerned stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Attend periodic progress and review meetings with the Client, Consultant, GC and other project stakeholders and provide updates on installation and interface matters.
- Coordinate site inspections, testing, commissioning and handover activities, ensuring timely closure of observations.
- Manage DLP maintenance activities, including defect identification, rectification, breakdown support and coordination with maintenance teams/subcontractors.
- Maintain proper installation records, inspection documents, as-built information and other project documentation.
- Work independently, take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure timely completion of activities with minimal supervision.
