ClearDoc Logistic LLC is a USA-focused truck dispatch service helping carriers and owner-operators secure consistent, high-paying freight. We're growing our Ahmedabad team and looking for driven sales professionals to help expand our carrier and client network.

Job Summary

We are hiring an International Sales Executive to generate new business for our US trucking dispatch services. You will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and building relationships with trucking companies and owner-operators in the USA, converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Cold call and pitch US-based trucking companies/owner-operators on our dispatch services
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective clients
- Explain service offerings, pricing, and onboarding process clearly and persuasively
- Follow up consistently with leads to close deals
- Coordinate with the dispatch/operations team for smooth client handoff after sign-up




- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions (CRM or spreadsheet)
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

- Prior experience in US trucking/logistics sales or dispatch (required)
- Strong English communication skills — spoken and written
- Confident, persuasive phone presence; comfortable with cold calling
- Familiarity with US freight/trucking terminology (FTL, owner-operators, load boards, etc.)
- Willing to work night shift aligned with US business hours
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Preferred

- Previous experience specifically in truck dispatch sales
- Existing network or contacts in the US trucking industry
