About the Role

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 2+ years of core Recruitment & Talent Acquisition experience to manage end-to-end domestic hiring across multiple functions and levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hiring mandates across various functions and levels.
- Understand job requirements, prepare sourcing strategies, and identify relevant candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and direct/headhunting channels.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on experience, skills, role fit, compensation, and availability.
- Coordinate and manage the candidate pipeline throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Manage candidate communication and engagement throughout the hiring cycle.
- Drive offer negotiation, closure, joining follow-up, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for recurring and niche hiring requirements.
- Work closely with the team to understand market availability, compensation trends, and sourcing challenges.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in core Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Robust experience in domestic hiring within the Indian market.
- Proven ability to handle multiple mandates simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and job portals.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with targets, timelines, and closure-oriented recruitment goals.

Preferred Profile

- Candidates who have handled mid-level, specialised, and niche mandates will have an added advantage.
- Should be proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment
