– HR & Executive Assistant Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for an organised and proactive qualified to manage HR operations across the Group and provide executive support to the Managing Director. The role combines employee lifecycle management, recruitment, office administration and coordination of management priorities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources
- Manage recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer rollout.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, probation reviews and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave data and monthly payroll inputs in coordination with Accounts.
- Draft and administer HR policies, appointment letters and other employee communications.
- Coordinate goal setting, performance reviews, training and employee engagement initiatives.
- Address routine employee queries and grievances, escalating sensitive matters appropriately.
- Coordinate applicable employment compliance requirements with Accounts and external consultants.
2. Executive Assistance to the Managing Director
- Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes and track action points through completion.
- Follow up with department heads, project teams and external stakeholders on commitments and deadlines.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations and concise management updates.
- Maintain a tracker of key decisions, pending approvals and priority tasks.
- Handle confidential business and employee information with discretion.
3. Administration & Coordination
- Oversee routine office administration, supplies, service providers and administrative expenses.
- Coordinate between office teams, project sites and Group companies.
- Maintain organised records of key documents and correspondence.
- Support internal events, management meetings and improvements to administrative processes.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA or qualification in HR is preferred.
- Ideally 4–7 years of relevant experience in HR operations, executive assistance or a combined role.
- Strong communication, drafting, organisation and follow-up skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and calendar management tools.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently with senior management.
- Sound judgment, professional discretion and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in real estate, construction, distribution or a diversified business group would be an advantage.

- Timely recruitment and smooth onboarding.
- Accurate employee records and timely payroll inputs.
- Timely completion of performance reviews and HR processes.
- Effective calendar management and closure of meeting action points.
- Reliable coordination and efficient office administration.
Compensation: Based on experience and suitability. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
