Role Description The Housekeeper (GSA) role at Wanderama Hotels & Resorts is a full-time, on-site position based in Somnath, Sasan Gir & Dwarka. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards. Daily tasks include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming, replenishing amenities and linens, and handling basic laundry duties.

The Housekeeper (GSA) also responds to guest requests courteously, reports maintenance issues,



and follows health, safety, and hygiene protocols. The role involves working closely with the housekeeping team and other departments to ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform housekeeping and laundry tasks efficiently, including cleaning, linen care, and room preparation.
- Solid communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Good organization skills to manage assigned rooms, supplies, and time effectively.
- Willingness to participate in training and follow established procedures and standards.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods as part of daily duties.
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
