We are looking for a motivated and experienced Hospital Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting hospital services, developing professional relationships with doctors and referral sources, generating patient enquiries, and supporting the hospital's overall marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote hospital services and healthcare programs to doctors, clinics, companies, and the general public.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with doctors, clinics, referral partners, and corporate organizations.
- Generate patient leads and increase patient visits through various marketing activities.
- Conduct regular field visits and hospital/clinic outreach programs.
- Coordinate health camps, awareness programs, promotional activities, and community outreach.
- Follow up with doctors, patients, corporate clients, and referral sources.
- Monitor competitor activities and local healthcare market trends.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports of marketing activities, leads, visits, and conversions.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth handling of referred patients and enquiries.
Required Qualification
- Freshers or Experienced can apply.
- Any graduate or MBA
- Previous experience in hospital marketing / healthcare marketing is preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Must know driving (Two wheeler and four wheeler)
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Preference may be given based on availability for field duties and work requirements.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
