NKey Responsibilities

nCore Accounting Activities

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
N
- Perform bank entries and bank reconciliations
N
- Book sales and purchaseinvoices
N
- Pass journal entries
N
- Support cash managementactivities
N

nGeneral Ledger & MIS

N

n
- Maintain General Ledger records
N
- Prepare and share AR/APageing reports
N
- Perform Gross Profit (GP) analysis
N
- Conduct expense analysis
N
- Prepare weekly work status reports in Excel
N

nReporting & Closing

N

n
- Prepare financialstatements for US-based clients
N
- Perform balance sheet and account reconciliations
N
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
N
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports
N

nClient Communication

N

n
- Assist in client reporting
N
- Maintain documentation accuracy as per client formats
N
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery
N

nEligibility Criteria

NQualification:

NB.Com / M.Com or CA Inter(dropped / appeared) or ICWA Inter (Dropped / appeared)





NExperience:

- 6 months to 2 years of International Accounting / US Accounting / KPO Accounting experience

nTechnical Skills:

- Strong Excel skills
N
- Understanding of accounting fundamentals
N
- Knowledge of QuickBooks(preferred but not mandatory)
