Position Title: HR-Head

Location: JNTU, Hyderabad

Reporting To: Director

Salary: 12LPA-22LPA, Slight Negotiable.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Head with 15+ years of experience to lead and manage the complete Human Resource operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment strategy, employee engagement, HR policies, performance management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall HR strategy and operations of the organization.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for doctors, call center executives, marketing, and support staff.




- Develop and implement HR policies, compliance, and employee relations.
- Manage performance management systems, appraisal processes, and employee development programs.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, and HR administration.
- Build strong employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Coordinate with management to support organizational growth and manpower planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.

Required Skills
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in HR strategy, recruitment, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience handling large teams and multi-location recruitment.
- Knowledge of HRMS, payroll systems, and labor laws.

Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in HR leadership roles.

Preferred Industry
- Healthcare / Hospital / Clinic / Service Industry.
