Job Summary

Oversee end-to-end project management for critical Facility IT initiatives across Baylor Scott & White hospitals and clinics throughout Texas.

• Lead governance activities with internal and external stakeholders and provide regular executive status updates.

• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio performance.

• Lead people management activities for the Facility IT (FIT) engagement.

• Drive stakeholder alignment and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful project delivery.

• Create, manage, and govern Statements of Work (SOWs) and associated budgets.
