The role applies disciplined After Effects and Lottie production before any asset reaches a client, because a poorly optimized motion file breaks frame budget on the device it was meant to perform on.

Quality assurance is a standing duty rather than an occasional task: most studios discover motion problems when a campaign has already gone live, but here developers intercept them upstream — in the storyboard review, the easing-curve convention, the export-time audit. You will maintain the asset library and version-control discipline that lets any shipped motion be reproduced exactly, on demand.

Developers here also carry institutional responsibility for the intern program: supervising scoped motion projects, reviewing their Lottie exports, and feeding intern conversion decisions.
