Data & System Operations: Input, update, and track customer orders, inventory movements, invoices, and sales logs inside the company software.

Document Control: Organize files, version controls, master registers, and physical or digital records.

Issue Resolution: Log, track, and troubleshoot software sync delays, login failures, or order blockages.

Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, status sheets, and data trackers using MS Excel.
