Department: IT Operations – IT Administration
Location: Max-Q (Shamshabad near Airport)
Reports To: Head of IT Operations
Experience: 5–8+ years

We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator – Function Lead to manage and govern IT administration operations across the organization. The role will be responsible for ensuring reliable IT services, secure system administration, endpoint management, compliance, process standardization, and effective coordination with Infrastructure, Networking, and Cyber Security teams.

Key Responsibilities

IT Administration and Operations Management
Own and manage day-to-day IT administration activities across locations.
Ensure availability, performance, and stability of end-user systems, servers, and IT services.
Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IT administration processes.
Coordinate with vendors for IT support, licensing, procurement, and service delivery.

User and Endpoint Management
Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control processes.
Oversee endpoint configuration standards for laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
Ensure OS deployment, patch management, antivirus/EDR implementation, and system hardening.
Manage IT asset tagging, lifecycle tracking, compliance, and disposal processes.

Access Control and Privilege Management
Govern administrative access controls and enforce least-privilege principles.
Ensure privileged access is granted only through approved and documented processes.
Coordinate periodic access reviews and audits with Cyber Security teams.




Maintain records of administrative access, temporary permissions, and approvals.

Infrastructure and Application Support
Collaborate with Infrastructure and Networking teams to support servers, storage, and network services.
Ensure availability and support of business applications and internal tools.
Oversee controlled software and application deployment processes.
Ensure application licensing and compliance requirements are met.

IT Service Management and Reporting
Ensure all IT operations are managed through ticketing systems, email trails, and documentation.
Monitor service requests, incidents, and SLA compliance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
Drive accountability, traceability, and process adherence across IT administration functions.

Audit, Compliance and Documentation
Maintain audit-ready documentation and operational records.
Support internal and external IT, security, and compliance audits.
Track audit observations and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
Maintain updated policies, SOPs, checklists, and administration standards.

Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management
Lead, mentor, and develop IT Administration team members.
Assign tasks with clear ownership, timelines, and accountability.




Collaborate closely with Cyber Security, Networking, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
Provide regular operational updates and escalation reports to management.

Business Continuity and Continuous Improvement
Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) initiatives.
Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
Drive automation and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
5–8+ years of relevant experience in IT Administration and Operations.
Experience managing enterprise IT environments, endpoints, and user administration.
ITIL and relevant Microsoft/Linux certifications are preferred.
