Role OverviewWe are looking for a Site Supervisor who will be responsible for managing day-to-day site execution, coordinating with vendors and workers, monitoring work quality, and ensuring that projects are completed as per approved designs, specifications, and timelines.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage day-to-day execution activities at residential interior project sites.
- Coordinate with Designers, Project Managers, vendors, contractors, and workers.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, BOQ, and specifications.
- Monitor civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, polishing, and other interior works.
- Check measurements and ensure accuracy of work being executed at site.
- Maintain daily site progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure materials are received at site as per requirement and are stored safely.
- Coordinate material movement, deliveries, and installation schedules.




- Monitor workmanship and ensure that quality standards are maintained.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper sequencing of different activities to avoid delays.
- Coordinate with society/building management regarding site-related requirements, permissions, and working hours.
- Ensure the site is maintained in a clean and safe condition.
- Monitor manpower attendance and productivity at site.
- Highlight delays, material shortages, design-related issues, or execution challenges immediately.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure snag points are closed before handover.
- Assist in final inspection and project handover to the client.
- Skills & Qualifications2–5 years of experience in residential interior execution/site supervision.
- Valuable understanding of interior execution and construction processes.
- Knowledge of carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, and modular furniture works.
- Ability to read and understand 2D drawings, layouts, and interior drawings.
- Strong vendor and labour coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple activities at a site simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic knowledge of measurements and BOQ.
- Proficiency in basic WhatsApp, Excel, and site reporting is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Mumbai.
