Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Assistant role based in Basti.

The Technical

Assistant will support daily technical operations, including assisting with hardware and software setup, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and escalating complex problems to senior staff when needed. The role involves responding to user requests, documenting issues and resolutions, and helping maintain records of technical assets and service activities.

Qualifications

- Ability to provide effective Technical Assistance and Technical Support in day-to-day operations.
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying issues, diagnosing root causes, and proposing practical solutions.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with colleagues and customers.
- Customer Service experience or aptitude, with a focus on patience, empathy, and timely resolution.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, software installation, and network connectivity.
- Ability to work on-site in Basti and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Organizational skills for documentation, ticket tracking, and following established procedures.
- Relevant coursework, certification, or practical experience in IT or technical support is an advantage.
