Dynamics CRM Testing Professional

- Pay rate: ₹12,000 per day (10% TDS included)
- Location: India (Fully Remote)
- Contract Duration: 12-month rolling contract
- Working Time: UK working hours (8 hours/day)
- Immediate/short notice preferred

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Testing Professional with solid expertise in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing for Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Develop test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements.
- Test CRM modules including Sales, Customer Service, Leads, Opportunities, Accounts and Contacts.
- Validate workflows, business rules, security roles and integrations.
- Perform end-to-end testing across CRM and connected applications.
- Identify, document,



and manage defects through resolution.
- Work closely with developers, functional consultants, business users, and project teams.
- Provide test status, defect reports, and quality updates.

Required Experience

- 5+ years of software testing experience, with strong Dynamics CRM experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong knowledge of CRM business processes and integrations.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of API/integration and data validation testing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- ISTQB certification is desirable.
