- Job Title: Stibo Developer Location: Bangalore BNG Experience: 3-5 years
- Key Responsibilities; Design, configure, and maintain data models, hierarchies, workflows, and attributes within the Stibo STEP platform. Implement and optimize golden record creation and survivorship rules to ensure high-quality master data. Develop and deploy CRUD Create, Read, Update, Delete operations across multiple data domains. Define and enforce data quality standards, validation rules, and exception handling processes.
- Required Qualifications; Minimum of 5 years of overall IT experience OR 3+ years hands-on experience in Stibo STEP.
Robust knowledge of: o Data hierarchy and taxonomy design o Data quality frameworks and implementations o CRUD operations and scripting within Stibo STEP Experience in workflow design, business rule configurations, and data governance processes.
