Position: GET (Operational Excellence)

Responsibilities:

- Support productivity and process improvement projects
- Collect and analyze operational data
- Leading Continuous Improvement Projects and 5S activities
- Assist in process documentation and SOP preparation
- Support Operational Excellence initiatives across manufacturing functions

Required Skills

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
- Awareness of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and OEE concepts
- Data analysis and reporting aptitude
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to learn and work on shop-floor improvement projects
- Team player with a proactive attitude

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 3.00 LPA
