Introduction
At Confluent, an IBM Company, we are pioneering a fundamentally new category of data infrastructure focused on data streaming. Our cloud-native offering is designed to connect and process data in real time across every application, database, and data system—creating a new foundation for modern architectures. We believe our best work comes from diverse perspectives, authentic collaboration, and a shared commitment to earning our customers’ love. We operate as One Team, working across functions, assuming positive intent, and optimizing for the success of Confluent as a whole.
We’re committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone can do their best work and grow.
