1. VOICE PROCESS
• Handle international customer calls
• Resolve customer queries and concerns
• Provide skilled and effective customer support
• Strong English communication and customer-handling skills required

2. CHAT PROCESS
• Handle customer queries through chat
• Manage multiple customer conversations efficiently
• Resolve issues while maintaining quality standards
• Strong written English and typing skills required

Required Skills
• Minimum 1 year International Customer Support experience
• Good communication skills
• Customer service orientation
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
