Role Description As a Team Lead in Chennai, you will manage and guide a team of Financial Advisors in an on-site, full-time capacity. You will be responsible for overseeing daily sales activities, monitoring performance against targets, and supporting advisors in closing loans and cross-selling financial products. The role involves coaching team members, conducting regular briefings, and ensuring adherence to company processes and regulatory guidelines.

You will collaborate with branch leadership, coordinate with operations and credit teams,



and help resolve customer queries to maintain high service standards. The position also includes reporting key metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the growth of the local sales portfolio.

Qualifications

- Strong people management and team leadership skills, including mentoring, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Sales and business development capabilities, with experience in loan distribution, financial products, or banking preferred.
- Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to handle queries, negotiate, and maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Analytical and organizational skills, including target tracking, reporting, and effective time management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; relevant experience in financial services or sales leadership is highly beneficial.
