About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Customer Care Executive to handle customer communication, order follow-ups, courier coordination, and dispatch-related activities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, be confident while speaking with customers, and be committed to completing follow-ups and assigned tasks properly.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and enquiries.
Communicate confidently with customers in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
Explain products/orders clearly and convince customers professionally.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, confirmations, and delivery.
Coordinate and assign courier services for order dispatch.
Track dispatched orders and follow up with courier partners regarding delivery status.
Follow up on pending, delayed, or undelivered orders.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order processing and dispatch.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions, orders, and courier details.




Handle basic customer complaints and resolve them professionally.
Ensure that customer follow-ups are completed on time.

Requirements
Any Degree.
Good spoken communication skills.
Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is required.
Solid convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
Should be dedicated, responsible, punctual, and willing to take ownership of work.
Ability to follow up consistently until the task is completed.

₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
