Explain products, services, pricing, procedures, and policies clearly.
Handle complaints and resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved.
Process customer orders, requests, registrations, or service-related requirements when applicable.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, orders, and follow-ups.
Pay: ₹26,500.00 - ₹56,700.00 per month
