We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing sales role.The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, presenting relevant products/services, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities-
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales.
Handle incoming enquiries and follow up with leads in a timely manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Explain product/service features, perks, pricing, and offers to customers.
Follow up with interested prospects and drive lead conversion.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Coordinate with the sales and other internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers until closure.
Provide timely updates and reports on sales activities and performance.
Requirements-
Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
Positive follow-up and relationship management skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
