About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations: Manage day-to-day retail operations, inventory management, supply chain, and visual merchandising.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage store staff, fostering a customer-first, knowledgeable service workplace.

Business Growth: Drive sales targets, manage P&L;, analyze retail metrics, and implement local marketing initiatives.

Vendor & Compliance Management: Maintain relationships with certified organic suppliers and ensure strict adherence to organic standards and regulations.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 10 years of retail management experience (Store Manager, GM, or Operations Lead).

Domain Expertise: Mandatory expertise in organic products, natural foods, and sustainable retail practices.

Skills: Solid leadership, budget management, inventory control, and excellent communication skills.
