About the RoleWe are looking for a Business Development Executive who can help us grow Venara Collective's brand and agency business.
This is a highly ownership-driven role. You will be responsible for identifying potential brands, reaching out to decision-makers, generating conversations, understanding their marketing requirements and converting opportunities into campaigns.




The ideal candidate should be comfortable with cold outreach, calling, LinkedIn, email communication and relationship building, and should have the drive to build a strong client pipeline.

Key Responsibilities● Identify and research potential brands and companies that could benefit from influencer marketing campaigns.
● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
● Reach out to brands through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other relevant channels.
● Identify and connect with relevant marketing, brand, digital and social media decision-makers.
● Introduce Venara Collective and communicate our capabilities effectively.
● Understand client requirements, campaign objectives, budgets and timelines.
● Convert leads into meetings, briefs and business opportunities.
● Follow up consistently with prospective clients and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
