About the Role

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow Expert Platform. Architect and deliver solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to support enterprise service management initiatives. Design scalable ServiceNow integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers. Provide technical leadership for custom development on the ServiceNow platform including Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and custom applications. Design modern and intuitive user experiences using UI Builder and the ServiceNow Experience framework. Lead implementations of Customer Service Management (CSM) capabilities to enhance customer support workflows. Define platform architecture standards, governance models, and best practices for ServiceNow development and integrations. Collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.



Conduct architecture reviews, mentor development teams, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow platform best practices.
