Role Summary
As an Assistant Manager – Client Solutions, you will manage key client relationships while leading a team of Associates/Analysts responsible for delivering high-quality expert research and engagement.
The role combines client relationship management, team leadership, expert identification, project delivery, and account growth. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, ensuring timely and high-quality execution, developing your team, and identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
- Own end-to-end relationships with a portfolio of key clients and understand their research objectives, priorities,
and evolving requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, escalations, and project-related discussions.
- Build robust, long-term relationships that support client retention and account growth.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness and ensure a consistent client experience across engagements.
2. Team Management & Development
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Associates/Analysts within the Client Solutions team.
- Set clear goals and expectations and monitor individual and team performance.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and support to help team members build their client management, research, and expert engagement capabilities.
- Build a high-performing team that can independently manage projects and deliver against client expectations.
