We're building our Ecommerce team and are looking for a Customer Relations Specialist.
What you'll do:
You'll be the primary point of contact for our online customers, handling queries across chat, email, and phone with warmth and product knowledge that reflects the heritage and wellness value behind every cup.
Beyond support, this role has a solid sales component. You'll make outbound calls for abandoned cart recovery and customer feedback, where your job isn't just to answer questions, it's to build trust, address hesitations, and convince customers to complete their purchase. Think of yourself as a trusted advisor who genuinely believes in the product and knows how to communicate that value to close the sale.
