We are looking for an experienced L2 MFCS Support Engineer with strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle MFCS and the Retail Merchandising domain. The candidate will primarily be responsible for production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across MFCS applications and processes.
Key Responsibilities
MFCS – 60–70%
- Provide L2 production/application support for Oracle MFCS.
- Strong knowledge of MFCS Stock Ledger and inventory-related processes.
- Good understanding of WAC (Weighted Average Cost) and costing processes.
- Support Month-End activities, including monitoring and troubleshooting critical processes.
- Provide production support during weekends and month-end activities as required.
- Troubleshoot and support Merchandising APIs and related integrations.
- Valuable understanding of POM (Process Orchestration Manager).
- Monitor and troubleshoot MFCS Base Jobs and batch processes.
- Analyze application logs, job failures, interfaces, and production issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Prepare RCA/documentation for recurring or critical production issues.
- Coordinate with functional, development, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure incidents are resolved within defined SLA timelines.
