? Role: Industrial Plot Sales / Business Development

? Salary: 6LPA + Attractive Incentives

? Experience: Candidates with strong knowledge of Industrial Plots / Industrial Real Estate preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle sales of industrial plots and understand the complete industrial real estate segment.

- Generate and convert leads into site visits and successful closures.

- Explain project details, location advantages, pricing, documentation and investment aspects to clients.

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with investors, channel partners and clients.

- Conduct regular follow-ups and manage the complete sales cycle.





- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

- Stay updated with market trends, industrial zones and upcoming opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Strong knowledge of Industrial Plots / Industrial Real Estate

✅ Prior experience in industrial plot sales will be an advantage

✅ Good communication, negotiation and closing skills

✅ Strong client & channel-partner handling ability

✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated approach

✅ Gurgaon / Delhi NCR real estate market knowledge preferred
