What You Will Do:

• User & Security Management: You will manage user accounts and access, including recent user

setup and deactivation, license allocation, roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, and

organization-wide defaults (OWD)/sharing rule. You’ll conduct regular security audits and

implement access controls to keep our data safe.

• Platform Configuration: You will design and configure Salesforce features, creating and

updating custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules to meet

evolving business needs.

• Automation & Development: You will build and maintain automations using Lightning Flow

(Flow Builder) and other declarative tools (Process Builder, Workflow), and work with external

development teams to define Apex triggers or Lightning Web Components as needed for

advanced requirements.

• AI & Agentic Operations: You will help design, build, and maintain the AI agents and agentic

workflows that run inside our GTM stack, contributing to our Agentic OS and connecting

agents to Salesforce and other systems through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). You will

spot where an agent can take over repetitive enrichment, routing, or reporting work, then build

troubleshoot Salesforce automations and integrations faster, and help the wider RevOps team

adopt these tools in their daily work.

• Integrations: You will manage integrations between Salesforce and other Go-To-Market

and/or Customer Service platform), using

APIs, MCPs, or middleware tools (like MuleSoft) to ensure data flows smoothly across

systems.

• Data Quality & Reporting: You will maintain data integrity by using tools like Data Loader and

Workbench to import/export data and implement validation rules. You’ll also create and

maintain reports and dashboards the business can act on.

• Release Management & Governance: You will coordinate release cycles, managing sandboxes,

version control, change sets or CI/CD pipelines, and ensure that seasonal Salesforce releases

and patches are tested and adopted successfully. You will document changes and enforce best

practice governance for customizations.

• Clay Management: You will manage Clay workspaces, including setting up and optimizing

enrichment workflows, configuring automations, maintaining data syncs to Salesforce, and

monitoring pipeline jobs to ensure accurate and timely GTM data enrichment.

• Clay Data Governance: You will define and maintain data-matching rules, deduplication logic,

and field mapping standards to ensure Clay-generated data aligns with Salesforce data

structures and RevOps governance.

• Clay Operational Support: You will troubleshoot Clay automation errors, manage task queues,

update recipes based on new GTM requirements, and partner with Marketing/Sales to scale

outbound list generation.

• ZoomInfo Administration: You will manage ZoomInfo user accounts, role access, API usage,

and configuration settings to support Sales and Marketing prospecting workflows.

• ZoomInfo ↔ Salesforce Sync: You will oversee enrichment and data-push rules, monitor sync

logs, and optimize filters to ensure accurate account, contact, and intent data flows into

Salesforce.

• ZoomInfo Data Quality: You will maintain data hygiene by auditing enrichment accuracy,

adjusting update rules (overwrite, fill-in, append), and partnering with Sales to refine territory

and lead routing strategies informed by ZoomInfo datasets.

• Partner Portal: You will assist in building a Partner Portal using Salesforce Experience Cloud,

supporting access, workflows, and content for partners.

• User Support & Training: You will provide user support and training, resolving support tickets,

creating documentation, and educating users on new features and best practices. You’ll

promote user adoption through clear communication and training materials.

What You Will Need:

especially working with Sales Cloud (leads, opportunities, forecasts). You understand how to

take projects from vision to reality and have a track record of improving Salesforce to support

business growth.

• Certifications: You hold the Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) credential

(required) and preferably the Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (CPQ Administrator)

credential. Additional certifications (e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder,

Platform Developer, or Architect certifications) are a strong plus.

• Technical Skills: You are proficient with Salesforce admin tools (Data Loader, Data Import

Wizard, Workbench) and data analytics (Salesforce Reports/Dashboards, Excel, Tableau

CRM). You have expertise in Flow Builder and declarative automation, and familiarity with

basic Apex code and integrations. Experience with version control and DevOps tools (Git,

CI/CD pipelines) is a plus.

• Industry/Environment Fit: You have a growth mindset and curiosity for Salesforce innovations

(Lightning Experience, AI features). You work well in agile teams and enjoy collaborating with

product owners, developers, and stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication

skills are essential, as is the ability to translate technical concepts for a non-technical audience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AI & Agentic Fluency: Practical experience with AI assistants (such as Claude) and AI coding

agents (such as Claude Code), and comfort building or configuring AI agents and agentic

workflows. Familiarity with prompt design and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a strong
