Change Manager

3-Month Contract

Day Rate: $125 - $150/day

India - Remote

We are working with a global, prestigious professional services firm with tends of thousands of employees across more than 50 countries. Their internal Change Management and Communications team (CoE) supports the rollout of digital products and tools across the business, helping employees adopt new ways of working.

They are looking for a Change & Communications Specialist to join this team on a contract basis. This is a remote, India-based role focused on driving adoption of digital tools through structured change management and clear internal communications. You will work across multiple workstreams on complex, fast-moving projects, partnering closely with product and delivery teams. Expect a split of 70% change management and 30% communications.

We are not looking for ITIL Change Managers, this is a Business Change or Change & Communications role.





We are looking for:

- Experience in a Change Management or Change & Communications role
- Experience in large, corporate environments, ideally from a Consultancy or Proffesional Services industry
- Experience working in an agile delivery workplace and across multiple workstreams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

It would be a bonus if you have:

- A Change Management certificate like Prosci, ACMP (CCMP) etc.
- Previous experience working with UK and US-based stakeholders

For this role you would need to be comfortable working UK business-hours, 13.30-22.00 IST.
