Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Analytics and Solutions Engineer to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in helping organizations transform data into actionable business insights while also building lightweight internal applications that improve business processes and decision-making. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and excited about solving business problems through data visualization, automation, and modern application development tools.

nWhat you'll be doing:
n• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports and KPIs using up-to-date BI tools
n• Build and optimize semantic data models for scalable reporting and analytics
n• Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
n• Develop lightweight internal business applications using modern low-code and AI-assisted
ndevelopment tools
n• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and recommend
nanalytical solutions
n• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and ensure data accuracy across reports and
napplications

nBasic Qualifications:
n• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, Data Analytics etc.
n• B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Data Science, or related
nengineering discipline from a Tier-1 institute (IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, IIITs, etc.)
n• Strong proficiency in SQL, query optimization, and relational databases
n• Hands-on experience with one or more BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Sigma
nComputing, or similar
n• Experience with Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation
n• Basic understanding of web application development concepts including front-end, back-end,
ndatabases, authentication, and deployment
n• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
n• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing envir
