- Promoter Funding | ESOP Funding | IPO Funding

- Post-Sanction Operations & Loan Documentation

- KYC | Client Onboarding | Account Activation
n
- Collateral & Documentation Management
n
- Regulatory / Statutory Audits & Compliance
n
- Operational Risk | RCSA | Process Governance
n
- MIS | Operational Controls | Cost Optimisation
n
- DSA Empanelment & Payout Management
n
- Investor / Customer Grievance Management
n
- Team Leadership & Process Improvement
n

Ideal Profile





n

12+ years of experience in NBFC / Financial Services Operations

n

Strong exposure to lending operations and Capital Market financing

n

Experience across LAS / MTF / Promoter Funding or similar lending products

n

Robust understanding of documentation, KYC, controls, audits and regulatory processes

n

Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills
