Key Responsibilities
Recruit housekeeping staff, service boys, property managers, and chefs/kitchen staff.
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
Handle employee relations and resolve HR-related issues.
Conduct performance management and employee welfare activities.
Manage payroll and employee advantages administration.
Coordinate with different departments to maintain a positive work workplace.
Visit multiple properties to address staffing issues and provide on-the-ground HR support.
