Role Description The Project Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of client projects. The role involves coordinating project planning, defining scope and timelines, and managing resources to ensure milestones are met. The Project Lead will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, facilitate requirements gathering, and translate business needs into actionable tasks. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, identifying risks, resolving issues, preparing status reports, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and agreed budgets. The role also includes mentoring team members, supporting continuous improvement,



and contributing to best practices in project execution.
Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with clients and technical experts in a consulting or services environment.
- Ability to translate business requirements into explicit project deliverables and track outcomes against defined objectives.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.G., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present updates and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities in fast-paced project settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;
advanced certifications(e.G., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage.
- Prior experience managing technology or business transformation projects and familiarity with consulting engagements is preferred.
