Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day HR and Administrative tasks and office operations
Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation
Support scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
Handle basic data entry and reporting tasks
Coordinate with different teams for smooth workflow
Assist in vendor communication and follow-ups
Support HR/admin activities such as onboarding documentation
Ensure proper record-keeping and process compliance

Bonus Points for Familiarity with
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace




Basic knowledge of office management tools or CRM systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Time management and multitasking abilities
Prior internship or exposure to administrative roles

Educational Requirement
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field
0 to 3 months of experience or academic exposure in administrative tasks, coordination, or office management
Must have basic knowledge of office operations and administrative processes

Working Days

Monday to Saturday.

Working Hours

From 10:00 AM. 8 hours a day, excluding breaks.
