About the role

n

LNGVTY is looking for a hands-on Graphic Design Intern who can turn messy briefs into polished, on-brand designs. You will create work across social media, ads, e-commerce and other creative projects for a growing beauty brand. This is an in-house role for someone who enjoys experimenting, working quickly and having fun with design.

What you will do

n

- Turn rough ideas and briefs into strong visual concepts.
n
- Create social posts, carousels, Stories, Reel covers and static ads.
n
- Adapt designs for Instagram, Amazon, WhatsApp and websites.
n
- Maintain consistent typography, colours, layouts and brand identity.
n
- Use AI tools thoughtfully for adaptations, mock-ups and everyday workflows.
n
- Work closely with the founders and respond well to direct feedback.
n

What we are looking for

n

n
- Robust command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
n
- Strong command of Canva.
n
- Familiarity with Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
n




- Comfort using AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, Midjourney, DALL-E and ChatGPT.
n
- A genuine love for beauty, skincare and lifestyle brands.
n
- A strong eye for typography, composition and visual hierarchy.
n
- Ability to work independently and manage quick turnarounds.
n
- A portfolio showing relevant design work.
n
- Basic video-editing skills are a bonus.
n

Stipend: 15-30k per month

Design task

n

Choose one LNGVTY serum and create:

n

n
- One original Instagram feed post based on a short, unstructured brief.
n
- Two adaptations of the same design: an Instagram Story and a website or Amazon banner.
n

n

The original concept must be designed manually using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva, without generative AI or ready-made templates. AI tools may be used for resizing and creating adaptations after the original design is complete.

n

Please submit the final designs and editable source files. We are looking at your creative thinking, visual craft, attention to detail and ability to adapt one idea consistently across formats.
