This Position reports to: Procurement and Customer Service Manager Your role and responsibilities : In this role, you will have the chance to be responsible for accurately recording customer purchase orders in the order management system. Each day, you will ensure timely cross-functional issue resolution, including order cleaning for both manual and electronic orders. You will also showcase your expertise by utilizing the necessary tools and adhering to Service Level Agreements. The work model for the role is LIhybrid This role is contributing to the MODP & MOHP /Motion in Bangalore. Main stakeholders are ABB Motion Australia and will report to Procurement & Customer Service Manager.
You will be mainly accountable for: Ensuring proactive communication with customers and internal functions to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing relevant information. Ensures the resolution of customer issues, including order, technical, and payment-related issues, by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams. Manages post-sales and customer claims management in SFDC and addresses the warranty issues to the factories. Provides appropriate solution(s) for customer requests and coordinates with related teams to ensure complete handling of requests, including order changes, order completion, expediting requests, credit management, tracking and communication aspects, account block and suspension, etc. Liaising with customers in case of inexecutable request dates or quantities to ensure on-time delivery aligned with custo
