Profile Summary:

Atain is looking for a Head – Talent Transformation to manage team of Talent Transformation Team. The position is responsible for the overall quality assurance & Talent Transformations.

/n

Primary Job Responsibility:

/n

/n
- Forming strategies pertaining to smooth functioning, development and execution of various tasks for the Talent Transformation team keeping in mind the vision of the organization
/n
- Establish benchmarks for quality Talent Transformation services and maintain the same
/n
- Ensure effective implementation of systems and processes for measuring and monitoring the effectiveness of the Talent Transformation
/n
- Plan budgetary projections pertaining to Talent Transformation so as to fulfil the learning needs of the growing organization
/n




- Help in successful implementation of recent channels of learning and development focusing on both conventional and non-conventional forms of Talent Transformation leading to optimization of the Talent Transformation
/n
- Leads client presentations and reviews
/n
- Manages client deliverables specific to Talent Transformation and reviews Talent Transformation performance with existing clients
/n
- Provides RFP Inputs and creates solutions to potential businesses
/n
- Perform periodic assessments of classroom/facilitation skills of direct reports (Trainer Certification, Trainer Feedback Observation & Focus Group Discussions)
/n
- Works with cross-functional teams to work retention plans thru employee engagement
/n

Education and Essential Experience:

/n

/n
- Graduate in any discipline, with above average academic profile
/n
- With 5 years – 8 years Talent Transformation experience in BPO or Call Center industry
/n
- At least 3 years of experience as Senior Talent Transformation Manager
/n
- Experience of managing a large scale Operations Talent Transformation D
