Role Description The Wedding Sales Manager is responsible for driving wedding bookings and revenue by managing inquiries, conducting client consultations, and converting leads into confirmed events. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves understanding client requirements, presenting tailored service packages, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role includes close collaboration with operations, decor, catering,



and photography teams to ensure seamless handover from sales to execution. The Wedding Sales Manager will maintain accurate sales records, forecast bookings, participate in promotional activities, and represent Panigrahana Weddings at events, meetings, and venue walkthroughs. Ongoing responsibilities also include building long-term client relationships, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities to enhance the company’s offerings and market presence.
